At low level, the neck pickup is really mudy, and I don't even recall using it. I don't really remember the sound of bridge pickup either as it's been a while I didn't play with this guitar, pretty much since I got the gibson.
But I remember quite clearly is the chaos of hissing noise it produce when I turned up the volume to play with friends.
Now, as I was told the body wasn't too bad and that it was the electrics that were rubbish, I thought new pups would be good value for money.

JOLLY said:Pair of 59's. These have to be the most underrated set there is. Nobody ever mentions them. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one that recommends them, but there are others as you can see that like them as well.
