Best Pickups for Ibanez AF75 Hollow Body?

What neck and bridge pickups would you recommend for a full-hollow body 3-5/8" thick with Maple top, back, and sides? Right now the guitar has a bright tone with too much treble. I'd like a warmer sound with more mids and bass.

Perhaps a sound like one hears from classic blues artists, such as Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Big Bill Broonzy, or more recent folks like Tracy Chapman or George Benson. (Sorry, if those artists are too dissimilar.)

Most of all, I want to play clean and loud with no distortion or feedback.

I'm thinking about the APH-1 Alnico II Pro, SH-55 Seth Lover, or SH-1 59. Hopefully, I can get these babies installed in the next two weeks. Thanks!

Hollowbodies are made for PAF's (high output PU's feedback much easier). The brightness you have now could be the PU's. Ibanez uses ceramic magnets in their AF105 hollowbody, which is a terrible choice. Not sure about your AF75. If it's truly a bright-toned guitar (wood-wise), you'll probably be happy with A2 magnet PU's, like Seth's or PG's, which will play up the mids a bit and smooth the top end (remember the acoustic tone may or may not have much relationship to the amplified tone)

My first choice for a hollowbody is usually a pair '59's, but the A5's make them fairly bright and that may be going in the wrong direction with your guitar. There's plenty of favorable comments on this forum about Gibson '57 Classics & Burstbuckers (both with A2's).

Thanks. I have been playing less than a year, so I really appreciate your answer. This will help me talk with the tech at the local guitar shop Friday. All the Seymour Duncan PU's are 30% off. Hooray!

I've been wanting to get that guitar and put some 59s in it, but the Pearly Gates suggestion seems cool also.
