Best price on Highway 1 Tele?

After doing some serious thought, the Highway 1 Tele (sunburst and rosewood) is exactly what I want from a Tele. MF and other big sites have them for around $600. I seem to remember hearing you could get them much cheaper. Can anyone point me in that direction?

The cheapest place I've seen them recently has been on eBay. Round $500 or so. They're good enough guitars that I'd buy one without playing it and take the chance. You could always turn it on eBay if it wasn't the one for you.

Got mine for $550 at a local shop. Included 1 year free setups.
Id be weary of buying one site unseen. I looked over many of them before getting one. The tightness of the neck pockets varied greatly, as did the finishes, wood grains, etc.
