Best single coil quality humcuker.

which bridge humbucker do you guys think has the best single coil attributes, my guess is one which has marge mismatched coils.

currently I have a CC/59 hybrid with A2 magnet and it sounds amazing, just wondering what else there might be out there production or hybrid.

TO CLARIFY: I do not mean split but using the bucker in full humbucking mode.

JB split in a les paul sounds sorta like a tele bridge to me. depends on amp settings too.

I don't think the OP meant split - more like "single coil overtones". Can't help on this one - I'm a single coil guy.

Lace Dually might fill the ticket though - unsure if they are wired RW/RP. IIRC, I don't think they are wired RW/RP.

Yeah I dont mean split.. I mean single coil sounding. the CC/59 hybrid has it, it has a very wide frequency and many overtones.

Lace Hemi set, period. closer to tele than strat sounds, though. if you're looking for strat type tone, the Lace Dually Gold or Hot Gold (neck version) will get you there.

Lace doesn't make not even one humbucker that makes a Les Paul sound great... strange, uh?

From the Duncan lineup, it's not exact, but the closest for me is the Jazz.

The StagMag is 2 singles mounted on a humbucker plate. I'm assuming that running it in parallel will sound more like a single coil than a thin/bell-voiced hummer but give the output level of a hummer.

Another +1 for the Lace Hemi set. That bridge pickup is quite Tele-like while the neck pickup is more PAF-ish.
