Keeping in mind that playing style and the guitar they are installed in will make a difference (seems to in my case), to my ears the CC has better harmonics. Not necessarily more, but, they just seem to sing more.
As far as sheer "harmonic" ability neither of them touch the Custom SH-5

They seem to fly off the Custom the best. The C-5 is a bit more vintage sounding, but the harmonics squeal a bit better on it, than the CC. The CC is dense and buttery and cuts through a mix nicely, but the harmonics might be a little softer sounding, and not do the 'pig squeal' quite as good as the Custom or C5.
I've always said this, as a rough guideline..
Custom for Metal
C-5 for Hard Rock
CC for Blues Rock
