Went to bizzare guitars in Reno over 4th of July weekend
great guitar store!
After all the guitar center crap it was nice to go to a store that had good guitars and knowledgable staff

they had a great selection of strats. Custom shop ones and all sorts of others
had a vault downstairs that had all their vintage gear and all the good stuff

was awesome
almost bought a custom shop strat with flame maple neck light alder body in gold hollow flake with American trem
one of the most resonant strats I ever played!
Gonna try a couple suhrs out first before I do cause I do want the more modern
features of flatter radius and humbucker in bridge
the custom shop strat did have a 9.5 radius though and was awesome sounding I would just route for a hum

the Les Pauls they had were awesome too

anyone ever go there??

I was talking about specific specs on guitars and they guy there td mr "so you want a real guitar eh? " and took me to the vault that had at least 50 high end guitars and a 58 Les paul a 54 strat and lots of other vintage guitars

I haven't been that excited about guitars in a long time!

Easily could have bought a strat and Paul in one shot!!

Was dreaming about the guitars I played after leaving the store
I NEVER do that
I'm tellin ya it had some great instruments in there

Over ten years ago when I first got the internet the first site I visited was theirs, although I was looking for a UK magazine site. Still it was a good site for the time.
