Black pickups or zebra pickups for my Epi 1959?

The one on the left. It's got Fishman KSE's right now, but I want to get Classics for it. Not sure if I should go for black open coils or zebra open coils. I kinda like the whole cream/black plastic scheme it's going on. Opinions?

Nah, I'd say covered or zebra are more popular on those guitars.

That would be interesting, but I don't think they sel the Open Core Fishmans sepparately?

BTW, don't know if you can tell from the poor quality pic with the filter, but the Epi would actually look prettier than the Gibson (by a margin) if it weren't for the big paddle headstock and the blunt lower horn, LOL.

Yeah, you got me…but not completly. Hamer used reverse zebra in the neck with dbl cream or black.

I think you should remove the pickguard, change the toggle switch plate to black and get either pickups backups with black rings.

I thought aboutu that, but if I did that, I wouldn't be satisfied until I changed the hardware to black as well like I did with the Gibson.
