Black winter/Sentient set???

I've been considering getting the bw pups but was wondering if anyone thinks they would sound good with a Sentient in the neck. I've got a Naz/sent set in my schecter C-1 floyd and I love the sound of both and I can get just about any sound out of the set but I want a little more mid and low end so I'm going with the black winter's. I don't play in the death metal range more modern articulate metal if you will with both rhythm and lead with stand out solos in a band setting stuff with some softer songs also. I play 6string and tune to D and C# the nazzy has been amazing so far but I want something with a little more balanced sound for the leads. Is the Sentient a good idea or should I stick with the bw set?

Welcome to the forum!

Both the Sentient/Black Winter and the Black Winter set are good choices. The Sentient will be more scooped than the BW, so you have to like mids a bit (or need them in the EQ of your guitar).

Thanks bro!! Yea I love having my mids on my amp turned up, I feel it gives it a fuller bigger sound.
