Blackouts included pots too short.

So I had an extra set of Blackout puts I picked up a while ago and just decided to install them into a project I've been working on. Problem is the included pots' poles were too short to fasten to the body of my guitar. I read on the piece of paper that you could get longer pole pots from Duncan somehow, but I can't seem to find the paper or information on the net. Could you guys let me know if you've heard of this too?

I have never heard of getting different pots from Duncan, but I know you can buy them:

Just call in to Customer Service, and they will hook you up with long shaft pots!

Frank, slightly off topic, but what brand of pots come with the Blackouts? and are they just regular, off-the-shelf units, or are they custom made for SD?
