+1. My Blues Jr. makes both my strats sound really sweet and glassy. Thats even with the stock pickups! The perfect amp for smaller venues and for playing at home.

I use mine for bigger gigs too! (of course I don't have a choice at the moment!) but it's definitely one hell of an amp! makes humbuckers sound nice and thick too
i have been playing every spare moment i've had since i got it! but yeah, in between that and the remodeling in my house i've not had much spare time to get pics up. i can't emphasize enough how much i'm loving this setup right now...i just can't get over how full this 1x12 can sound with the TRI-OD pedal!? and like what someone posted above...you turn this puppy up and easily control the amount of overdrive with the guitar volume knob. Petey and this amp seem to go together like PB&J with both pups...split or not!

True. I guess a mic would work well for the larger venues. Man, i'd love to hear what my Blues Jr. sounds like from a guitar with some fat ol' humbuckers! That'd probably sound sweet! I did play one of the new Fender '72 Tele Deluxes through a tweed Blues Deluxe and that thing sounded really thick and chunky. Bet it would sound really sweet through my Blues Jr. too! But even playing my stock Strats through it, i don't see how i could really get better tone, straight out of the box and no effects.
