Blower switch help?

Hello. New to this forum so hopefully Ive posted in the right area.

What Im after isnt your typical blower switch wiring.. First off Ill give my (basic) components list for clarity: 2 humbuckers, 2 volumes, 1 tone, 1 three way toggle. What Id like to be able to do is wire a blower switch that will be able to 'see' the position of the 3 way toggle - i.e. the blower would bypass the load of the volumes/tone for both pickups when activated, and still be able to select the pickups with the toggle switch so that whichever pickup(s) is selected is being 'blowered' (or having the pots' load removed :P).

Im not entirely certain if this is possible. If its not, then so be it, and Ill just go with a typical bridge position blower, but Id like to see if its possible to squeeze out a little extra functionality.

Btw, I have room for 2 mini toggles, and the volumes could be push/pull pots.

Any advice would be appreciated :).

In your case, I'd probably opt for 1M volume pots. Add a no-load tone for more cut.

I considered the 1 meg pots, but Id like to able to switch from a certain volume/tone setting directly to a wide open setting and back again without having to fiddle with the controls to find where they were previously set.

Im not familiar with no-load tones. Is this a certain type of pot, or a different way of wiring the tone?

Oh, come on, give the knob twirling some practice and you'll get the hang of it.

A no-load tone is a specialized potentiometer that puts itself out of the circuit completely when wide open.
