bluesy humless single for neck pos in Sterling Silo 30

Guitar is copy of Music Man Silhouette. Wood is basswood. Hum-sing-sing. It doesn't sound bad per se, but would love to upgrade with duncans.

I'm going with a JB in the bridge.
Keeping stock single in mid
Need suggestions on the neck - for blues mainly

Thinking either classic stack plus or vintage rails. I heard cool rails don't sound that great, but would love to hear other opinions on it. Leaning toward a rail-style pup. Again, great for blues and cleans with good quack in 4th position (or is it 2nd position).

Guitar has a rosewood board and vintage trem.

Thanks!

the classic strat plus is a great neck single coil that sounds alot like a early 60's strat pup.

the cool rails is a good pup too but sounds much more like a humbucker.

what kind of blues are we talking? hot overdriven blues or cleaner blues tones? teh classic stack + will give better quack

I guess both, but mainly a nice crunchy swampy texas blues! Jimi, Stevie, Kenny Wayne, Satch...

How about the vintage rails? I know the dude from Kings X had them in his guitar along with a JB. I'm looking to get rid of hum and boost the output just a bit. I wanna keep it vintage-esque like Yngvie, but get a really good blues sound that will get good cleans and a nice quack when paired up with the middle pup.

Thanks for the feedback!

Is the classic strat plus a true single...so it will hum?

Will the classic stack + drop out during bends? So should I look for a rail-type pup...like the vintage rails or cool rails?
