Boss DF2

Hey guys,

wanted to pick your brain on the Boss DF2, what's this pedal do that sets it apart from other boss distortions? Thanks.....

I have one. It is different from other dist. boxes in that it generates a feedback tone on demand (when you press down and hold). Hence the name "Super Feedbacker & Distortion". Besides the normal controls for level, tone and dist. (gain) it has a knob titled "overtone" that varies the pitch of your feedback. The feedback feature is fun, but probably of limited usefulness to most players. But I find the distortion to be not bad.

yeah my mate has had one for ever. It just sounds like a ds1 with a hold note feature really

first pedal i ever got back in 1984. same as a ds1 with the cool feedback on demand feature
