boss/other pedal DC power cords...i need longer ones

i'm about to start my pedal board project and realized that i need some longer DC power cables to power all my pedals from my boss TU-2...does any company make a daisy chain cable setup (like below) but with longer wires or even better a "kit" form where i can make my own daisy chain of the lengths i need? i have no problem soldering them myself as long as i have a guide as to what wire needs to go where etc....links to a place to buy them would be great...thanks guys!

you can buy the connectors and sheilded wire in somewhere like radio shack (we have maplin in the UK), but you can build your own pretty cheaply.. a couple of my DC leads have died recently, i'll be looking into doing this myself..

basically, show them the lead and say 'i want to build some of these' and they should sort you out with the right ones hehe

I am doing the SAME thing and I am having the SAME problem...I think that Im just gonna cut the daisy chain up and make it longer my self...

i think i found some of the ends here...

but i'm not sure if they are 100% correct. and i think inside these daisy chains are 2 wires a ground and a power i would think so i guess i have to hack one appart to see what wire goes where etc...

anyone else have any info?

You can try the One Spot kit from Visual Sounds Pedals. I use it for my pedal board and it works fine.

The one spot connnectors are about 12 inches apart from each other.

Here ya go Bro! Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and there's your daisy chain. It has 12'' ( that's a foot ) long cable between pedals from Visual Sound. It's called the MC5.

thanks...that almost works but it only connects 5 pedals and i need to connect 6 or 7 pedals (possibly 8 now that i think about pedals i want to buy in the near future)...
