Boss PS6 opinions.

Howdy,
I'm looking to expand my pedal board and I was thinking of possibly grabbing some kind of "intelligent" pitch shifter pedal. The boss is an obvious choice I just wanted to know who's used one and what they thought.

The only thing I really want to use it for is harmonising little lead parts during solos when I'm playing live.

the ps6 is great! unlike the boss octave pedal the ps6 tracks really well. you just pick the key you're in, choose major or minor, and pick the interval you want to harmonize at. i've always found it to work really well.

Cool, I've been umming and ahing over it for a while. Just want to help thicken up runs during lead parts really, sounds like it should do the job just fine! Thanks.

I have an older one ... maybe a PS-3 or PS-4? I never used it for harmonising, but I really like the 'detune' setting for thickening up a single guitar track.
