I'm getting rid of my LS-2 as the only thing I use it for is powering other pedals and am getting a TU-2, so its great that it does the power thing also.
I'm pretty sure that it will work with any of the regular pedal adapters. I power my whole pedalboard (10 pedals) from a Boss PSM-5 with a Visual Sound 1-spot plugged into it.

It is an my effects loop with my other Boss pedals which are chorus, pitch shifter, delay, and reverb. It is the first pedal in my chain. The loop is a series loop in a Boogie Mark IV. Back when I was using a dual rectifier which had a parallel loop, I think the tuner would have been better off in front of the amp cause silent tuning was not possible in that type of loop.
You have to use the right Boss power supply. I have a Boss power supply that is a slightly different model than the right one, that injects a hum into the signal path.

I would change that to the Boss PSA for the Boss Pedals, assuming you ave isolated the noise to the power supply. I already stated that even a different Boss PS introduced unwanted noise.
I don't get any noise when I power the TU-2 with the Pedal Power 2 supply. The noise comes in when I take a daisy chain to run from the TU-2 to other Boss (and similar-to-Boss) pedals.
That is different than what I had. I was couldn't even run a single pedal with the noisy power supply. Maybe try a different daisy chain pedal? Your power supply is able to deliver enough electrical current right?
