Well thanks to several posts on this site about phat cat's with a8's I recently replaced the mags in my custom shop phat cats and am really pleased with the results. I posted a clip on the tips and clips lounge

Good magnet choice, I've got the same ones in an LP Std (A8/A8 and A5/A5). I think anything's an improvement over the twin A2's.
