Bridge pickup for a Gibson SG?

The time has come to swap out the bridge pickup in my Gibson SG Standard. I just want to try something different.

I'm considering using either a Duncan Custom or a Duncan Distortion for the bridge, possibly a neck pickup swap as well. I have experience with the Custom as it's in the bridge of my Schecter C1, but I've never tried the Distortion. The description sounds like something I'd like, but I'm not sure yet. I play mainly metal, so high gain tone is very important. What could I expect with the Custom in my SG in terms of tone? How about the Distortion? What else should I consider and what would be a good neck pickup to match them?

Please do a search function on this topic...It's covered almost everyday here on the forums....You'll get about 2 pages or more of info on the subject...

Both will sound cool, but why not try the Distortion for something different than what you already have. I made the mistake of using the same bridge pup in 2 different SG's and they both sound different. One good the other bad.
