hey whats up guys

okay, so this is really rough right now, with no vocals, but i was hoping for some feedback from ya'll

i dont know if the song direction is too extreme, this would be my lame attempt at prog i guess haha

oh ya...just watch out for the clipping!! and at about 1:23 to about 1:55 it is the same riff repeated over and over, cuz thats where the vocals were supposed to come in

anyways a bit of feedback would be nice, just remember its rough without a drummer though

im just looking for a bit of constructive critisicm here guys

although at the moment, im leaning on taking out the first 45 seconds or so, and making a whole other song with it

I like the arrangement and riffs alot. Very "Ride The Lightning" era Metallica-ish.

My only criticism would be the lead playing. Sounds like you got lots of chops but no real direction and you go out of key alot which is fine if thats what your going for, but I think over this type of Melodic metal it doesn't work.

damn haha....that was the last thing i was hoping not to get critisiced about, just out of curiousity, when you talk about going out of key, were you more refering to the first solo? cuz the second shred part, at about 1:55 sounded in key to me...perhaps im tone deaf though haha

but anyways, really appreciate the listen
