building my own 2X10 cab, suggestions?

Hey... what's up all? I've been busy, sorry. Here we go, my drummer just gave me 2 "10 car stereo speakers, are these good to use for guitar?

no not really, unless it's gonna be a 2x10 for a bass

I've always thought about making a Car speaker Bass cab... some of those speakers are pretty high quality, not terribly sure how it would sound though. I'm assuming probably HELLUA tight and somewhat sterile. You know what happens when you assume though... someday, i'll probably do it for kicks. If you beat me to it, and you probably will, give a review

i used to run bass guitars thru car woofers all the time, the only problem is that there's no highs, so you really only feel the note rather then hear it.
