Bulb and Mark back with a new Haunted Shores song! (Axefx, B6, Vigier)

So as the title says, Mark and I wrote another song for the new Haunted Shores Ep we are working on.
We are really happy with the way it came out so we posted it up on the Haunted Shores myspace for all to hear:

It's called "Sentient Glow"

Oh and in other news we have found a very talented vocalist by the name of Mike Semesky who will be singing and screaming over the songs in the near future, so we are excited about that as well!!

Very impressive! Seems to be lacking bass. Perhaps that's just the cheap speakers I'm listening through at the office, though.

Will Mike be adding vocals to "Sentient Glow"? Got any YouTube videos?

interesting, when listening back on my monitors i was worried the mix was a bit bass heavy if anything, could you perhaps let me know how it sounds on headphones or better speakers?

OK, listening now on headphones, I can hear the bass much better. Yeah, this is a good mix. Man, I need to replace these awful tin-can office speakers. They made the kick drum sound like a wooden spoon hitting waxed paper.

I definitely like the style. It's aggressive and melodic, but different than others who are doing it (i.e. Killswitch Engage). The contrasts are greater: it's more hardcore and yet more alternative rock. I think the vocalist will make or break the music. Choose him carefully!
