Re: Buying a new guitar (Today) and want a recommendation
Hi guys, i bought my new guitar yesterday

i ended up buying the Bc Rich Beast IT. Here is a brief comparision
Wood:
Bc Rich = Ibanez: Sapale vs Nato both a type (or very similar i dont really know) of mahogany. ibanez sounded more brighter, Bc rich more have a darker sound, for my preference here wins the Bc rich.
Construction:
Bc Rich = Ibanez: Both Neck-through
Hardware:
Bc Rich>Ibanez: I liked the strings through the body in the Bc rich, the ibanez was also nice but it felt/look better for me the Bc rich.
Sound:
Bc Rich>Ibanez: Didnt like the pickups in both guitars. The stock pickups in the Ibanez had too high mids and the Bc rich had the stock pickups wich arent bad but not good. Also i tried another Bc rich with the same wood and with invader and it blowed my mind. So the Bc Rich Wins
Fretboard:
Bc Rich>Ibanez: Both have great fretboards but i liked the Bc rich more because it was ebony vs rosewood.. and i love how ebony feels
Neck:
BC Rich> Ibanez: Here is the most important difference. The ibanez has a les paul neck practically i dont know if its not even thicker.. it was good and nice but not for my hands. The neck in the bc rich was soooo smooth and fast that i automatically fall in love with it. wide and thin, very very comfortable.
Weight:
Bc Rich>Ibanez: The ibanez is one of the heavy guitar that i ever played. The Bc Rich has a good weight without being overweight.
Shape:
Bc Rich<Ibanez: The ibanez is a very nice looking guitar, without doubts more prettier that the bc rich. I liked both so for me at least the shape wasnt a decisive point. Also the shape of the ibanez is more confortable to play sitting.
Overview:
Both are great guitars, if i had not had the chance to try it both i would have bought the ibanez and i think that i wouldnt regret it BUT i had the luck to try the Bc rich wich is a better guitar for my and my hands. I really recomend to everyone to try this mid/high (in my criteria) guitars. The shape could be intimidating but behind that ugly look (for some people

) there is a great guitar with great upgrading capability.
Thanks a lot for the people who helped me in this decition (u guys above

)
If anyone have questions ill be glad to response.
CYA!
Also srry for my english x)
