buzzing high e string?

I was wondering how to get the buzz out of my high e string? It's the only one that does this.I've lifted the bridge but that doesn't seem to help,it's almost like somethings touching it cause it doesn't ring out like the rest. Any help?Thanks Jeff:smokin:

Has the high E always buzzed on the guitar (which one) or did start after changing strings? Could be a bad string.

and what frets, specifically, buzz (high frets, middle, etc...)? Does it buzz played open (without fretted)?

It could be a burr in the saddle causeing the buzzing.
