hey everybody, has anybody played/have this guitar schecter c-1 classic i was thinking about getting it but i havent even played it yet, manily bc i cant find it.

My friend just got one, kicks major ass. I'm planning on getting that as my next guitar, or an LTD H-1000

The classic comes with SD pups already onboard (JB/59). It ROCKs! The vine of life inlay is a little over the top, but other than that, the guitar is nearly perfect. I have large hands, so the nut seemed a little narrow, but after playing it for nearly an hour, I lost notice of it. I played the 3-tone tobacco finished one in a local shop and really loved it. It was gone the next day and they have been on back order since then. Apparently the word is out on these mid-level guitars. The 5-way switch offers an awesome array of pup combinations as well. A great deal for $700, especially with nearly $150 worth of pups already in the axe. Good Luck on the hunt!

I own one and I absolutely love it and agree with its five star rating - the one I have has a JB in the bridge and a jazz in the neck and I can see why this is seymours favorite combo. ITs a 1200 dolar guitar with a 699 price tag. You won't be sorry with this guitar. I also have a USA Shecter Tele which I love as well.
