C5 and Custom - magnet swap?

OK guys, I have a question for the gurus and experts out there...

I have a C5 (zebra, standard spacing) and a Custom (black, trem spaced). I want a Custom (zebra, standard spacing) and a C5 (black, trem spaced). Can I just swap the magnets in these two pickups and get the desired results? Are they REALLY the same pickup with different magnets or are there other differences? Also, exactly how does one go about the actual magnet swap. I remember seeing some instructions on the web somewhere but dont remember where.

Cool. So no issues with the trembucker/standard spacing then? I.e. the mags are the same? Thx.
