Cab suggestions for H&K Triamp MKII?

I'm less than thrilled with the sound I'm getting through my Carvin V3 412 cab. It is very shrill and lacks the deep thumping brutal tone I know this amp is capable of. Any suggestions? The matching H&K cab has V30's just like the Carvin cab but the H&K cab costs $1200.00 (way too much). What do you guys suggest I look at?

What is the price range? I suggest looking at Mesa and Oranges, but Avatars are always nice!

Get a good 4x12'' cabinet (Marshall, Orange, Bogner, ENGL - heck even Avatars are good cabs). I think that's an amp that would benefit from Greenbacks (just don't open up all 100w or it may cause damage to the speakers). I had a Mk I Triamp and tried a few different speakers with it and was never completely happy with the Weber Blue Dog/Silver Bell (way too harsh sounding)... I think that's what turned me off of those speakers altogether. One time in a store I got the chance to try the Mk II through what I believe was a Greenback loaded cab and it sounded like heaven, so I'd try those if you really want to bring out the Marshall-ish crunchy goodness from that amp. There are speakers that are tighter, but unfortunately you'd loose some very cool stuff in the process.
