California 50's Strat set and SSL1's...same thing?

Hey,
I see some stores selling a " California 50's" Strat set of three pickups.......it basically looks like a matched set of SSL's. Exact same thing, just packaged together?

I believe when the SSL-1 is sold as a calibrated set that the stock SSL-1 is the bridge pickup and the neck and middle are underwound. Lew
