Calling wiring experts! Godin Velocity HSS wiring with Triple Shot?

I want to modify my Godin Velocity to be able to coil split the humbucker. I've found the SH-5 to be pretty bright and punchy but I'd still like a single coil tone. I think a triple shot would be my best option as the Godin Velocity features a preamp (HDR) and the tone and volume pots are attached to the circuit.
However I can't seem to find a wiring diagram for a the Triple Shot for HSS configuration and a 5 way switch on SD's website. Even if I did find a diagram I've no idea how to incorporate it with the current wiring and retain functionality of the HDR switch. For a regular HSS configuration the green wire goes to the volume pot but in this case it's wired to the switch.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be wired?

Here is the wiring for the Godin Velocity:

If you can add a little SPST switch to the guitar, you can just send that red+white connection on the humbucker to ground to split it. If you go Triple-Shot, you'll have to rewire the whole humbucker to the Triple-Shot circuit board, then take the black/white/ground from the Triple-Shot circuit board and rewire it to the Godin switch. Because the vol/tone are master controls, they come after the switch anyway.
