I'm hoping to find a 'pickup head' like myself who can identify the tele bridge pickup that is as follows:
it has black twine wrapped around it and is potted as such
it has a brass or copper plate on the bottom
it has a sticker with '1R' on it
the DC resistance is approx 6.03k although I didn't measure it - it is what has been published in an ad to sell it
It is supposedly from the 80's and I'd just like to identify it before purchasing it - it is being sold as NOS and I'm a bit dubious as both the '54 and Broadcaster models are both higher DC resistances...
