Hey all, long time no see
I'm on with a new project, USA Strat, going from SSS to HH. I've got a new pickguard and pots and stuff, so I'm gonna leave the original pickguard intact, and swap in this new one, intact. I've got all the parts I need, but this switch is bugging me. It doesn't resemble any of the diagrams on the SD main website, and I'm not sure how to approach it.
As you can see, it's got 7 terminals. The middle one seems to affect all positions. Inside, there is a bar, which connects adjacent terminals as you move the switch, which hopefully is clear in these next two pics.
Switch in middle position
Switch in another position (lets say, bridge)
As I say, I'm not quite sure how to approach the wiring for it. All I want is a standard 3-way configuration. It seems to mostly resemble the bottom picture on this page:
http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=3ws_trans
I'm really not sure though, because there's that terminal right in the middle.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance
Robbie
