Can I replace mini-humbuckers with p90s?

I'm considering a 'rockabilly' guitar and like the Epiphone Flamekat. I'd rather have the p90s like on the Wildkat, but I like the style of the Flamekat and I'll replace the pickups with SD's anyway! Can I replace the pickups on the Flamekat (mini-humbuckers) with SD p90s such as the SP-90-2 and -3?

I know you can replace the minihumbuckers in a Les Paul Deluxe with P90's. If your minis are the same size than you can probably put P90's in your guitar too. Lew
