The title says it all...Can I use my vox night train with the speaker in my fender dexuxe reverb?

Assuming that you can match the impedance of the speaker and the output of the Night Train then yes. Just make sure you don't turn on the Deluxe Reverb with the speaker unplugged.

Just make sure you don't turn on the Deluxe Reverb with the speaker unplugged.

Maybe the best way to remember this is to pull out power cord from both the amp and wall outlet.
That way you minimize a chance to fire up your Fender without load.
