Can someone modify this diagram for me?

I want to do this to my Ibanez SZ, some of you may remember I searched for a Diagram about a month ago for my SZ but I heard a guitar with PRails in it the other day and I decided to finally replace the old Duncan/Ibanez pups I have in it.

I want to know if it is possible to get all of these combinations with a 2 volume 1 tone control set up ... If yes can you post a diagram with the needed modifications.
