Can this be done? A special series/paralell wiring diagram:

I've tried to get someone to make a wiring diagram of the following:

I'm going to have a Bare Knuckle Holy Diver in the bridge and a Mule in the neck. 1 volume, 1 tone that's only for the Mule, and a 3-way selector that's wired like this:
Position 1/Bottom: Holy Diver in series
Position 2/Middle: Mule in series
Position 3/Top: Mule in parallel

I've been told that it can't be done without a switch or a push-pull pot (?) If it can't be done with the top position in parallell, do it as a split with the inner/slug coil of the mule instead.

Is your selector switch a lever type (Fender, Ibanez, current PRS), a sprung leaf toggle (Gibson and imitators) or a mini DP3T on/on/on?

The three-way switch is not suitable.

A ten contact, four-way switch might be coaxed into service.

With a twenty four contact Superswitch, you could "borrow" an Ibanez circuit in which the selections are;
1 Bridge HB (series)
2 Inside Coils (noise-cancelling, fake Strat "in between" sound)
3 Bridge HB (series) + Neck HB (series)
4 Neck HB (parallel)
5 Neck HB (series)

Just ignore the combinations that you do not require.
