I got this musicman silo from my friend
It got some relics on the neck

What do I gotta do??

Depending on the clear coat material, there ought to be an appropriate solvent to remove it. (Take precautions to mask the front face of the headstock.) The discolouration in those areas where the finish has already been lost could prove tricky to remove completely.

My inclination would be to postpone a full refinish until the neck needs refretting.
