Can you Help ID these pickups?

I'm trying to find someone to help me ID these SD pickups i have. One single coil says SD 2 89, w/ a sticker that says 1R on the back. The other says SD 2 90 w/ a 1R sticker. And the humbucker just has the SD logo with a sticker that says CCJ. Can anyone help me?

The humbucker is a Custom Custom. The initial J is the person that made it. Sorry I can't help you with the single coils.
