Can you identify my Blackouts?

I bought a used guitar that came with a pair of Blackouts. I was wonding if anyone could tell me which version they are. They're for a 6 string and the back says I4Q15 BLKOUT N-20090603 Hybrid Differential Preamplifier designed by Kevin Buller.
