Can you plug a tuner pedal into an ABY pedal with a tuner out?

LIke a Korg pitchblack for example? Will the tuner pedal mute your guitar when it's turned on?

im not sure i follow you. if the ABY has a tuner out then im presuming its not part of the A, B or Y paths. If this is the case then your signal will be muted because there shouldnt be a signal coming from the tuner pedal when the tuner out is engaged. ie something like this http://loooper.com/

with something like the loooper, you dont even need a cable from the tuner out, all you need is one cable going to the tuner in.

i use a Morley ABY on my board and signal a goes to my amps and signal B goes to me tuner...

The Pitchblack automagically mutes your signal when engaged, so if that's what you were hoping to accomplish with an ABY switch it's not really necessary.
