The Strat pickup is to big to fit in a standard Tele neck pickup rout in your body and in your pickguard. However, if it's routed for a humbucker or some sort of universal rout, you could use the Strat sized pickup but you'd have to get a custom pickguard made for the Strat sized neck pickup. Not a big deal...WD makes one. Lew
