I was looking at the Wiring diagram at the fender webpage of a 70s strat http://www.fender.com/support/diagrams/ and in cap specfics it says "Capacitor, PFF RDL .1uF 200V" Then i looked at the Seymour duncan wiring diagrams the 3 Single Coils, 1 Volume, 2 Tones, 5 Way Switch.. and it says y .002uf cap.

whats the tonal diference between these two????

or why are they different?

The .1 uF capacitor is going to roll off more highs than the lower valued cap. (BTW, it's supposed to be a .022 uF cap).

Edit: 0.1 uF is the original "vintage correct" value according to the original Stratocaster wiring diagram, & 0.022 uF is the more recent value found in American Standard Strats.

Re: Cap Question

Back in the 70s they used anything within reason that they could get from the amp department. So they sometimes used quite high value caps.

0.1uF will take off quite a lot of high end and could makes it sound quite muffled, a 0.022uF will take off less high end.
