Caps for HSS with Duncan Custom Sh-5 and STK's

HI All,

i'm wiring a pickguard (w/Dual Volumes, Master Tone and Coil Split):
- Alter body
- HSS (Duncan Custom SH-5 but will swap the with A8 , STK's)
- 1 volume 500k
- 1 volume 250k
- 1 tone 250k

the original SSS strat pickguard came with 047uF. Would putting .022uF make sense for HSS? Would that brighten the STK's too much in that body ?

I'd use .022, which should be fine. If for some reason you find it too bright, keep a .047 around to swap out- they are cheap.
