Category #16 Submissions: Best LIVE shot

Aceman

I am your doctor of love!
Enough of this static on a stand BS and in the grass crap. Let's see your baby on stage!

NO VIDEO SUBMISSIONS. Must be a still photo, of a live event.

- If more than one guitar in the shot, SPECIFY the one
- Photo coolness/quality counts

Well... At least you can see the back of my head...

This is better maybe? :)

Edit: Oh, and the guitar in those shots are a B.C. Rich KKV. Perfect for thrashing around. Destroyed the frets when I rubbed it against a concrete pillar (!) that divided a scene where we played at once upon a time...

Re: Category #16 Submissions: Best LIVE shot

Point of clarification: You MUST own the guitar. Does NOT matter who is playing it.

In your case the hat WILL be a consideration.

Re: Category #16 Submissions: Best LIVE shot

Are we talking about "live" live or "Unleashed In The East/Kiss Alive!" live where quite a bit of it was done in a studio with a live feel?

1995 with Ascension at an outdoor fest in Selma Alabama playing my Carvin DC 200. Later that night in a severe thunderstorm on the way home we totaled the Taurus wagon the band was riding in. The guys in the equipment truck lost control in a driving hail rainstorm and slid into the back of us at a redlight. I was in the back seat of the wagon and was grabbing my gear in driving rain and hail trying to get my stuff out of the rain because all the windows were knocked out of the wagon. Killer show bad scene after on the way home though!!

2006 I'm far right with my Carvin Bolt at a city fest with a Christian country/ Southern rock band called David Jones and Kountry mile. We had just knocked Jesus Take the wheel off the #1 slot on the PowerSource Christian Country Charts that week in May of 2006 and were set to play live at the Ryman for the christian Country Awards that year. Unfortunately David signed us to a label that put us on the shelf and ruined us!
What a freekin shame on that one as that was a REALLY GOOD band!!!

With Pinky my Carvin X220C at Kelly Ingram Park Birmingham Alabama across the street from 16th Street Baptist Church during redigging the wells on the 50th anniversary of the Sunday morning Church bombing that killed the 4 little girls. Later that night we played a worship set at a meeting that contained the largest gathering of actual survivors of the bombing since that faithful day.

Rowdy bunch of 500+ worshipers that day in the park!!
