Chandler Tone X?

Has anyone ever used or ever heard anything about a Chandler Tone X push/pull pot? It's supposed to replace a tone knob and when turned on it's supposed to sound like a wah pedal stuck in a certain spot. I know Neal Schon uses something like this, but has anyone here ever?
