Change of Plans, need advice

K guys, here's my rig right now . . . Guitar > Boss TU-2 (which also supplies power to the board) > Boss CS-3 Compressor > Fulltone Fulldrive 2

So, I may have some cash free up here . . . (like600-700 canadian) and am looking at upgrading my board. I'd like to add a better compressor, a Power centre, and maybe another distortion. What do you guys suggest?

Compressors:
Robert Keeley
Barber Tone Press

and for Distortions im looking at the Fulltone Distortion Pro, and for a power centre im looking at the Voodoo labs pedal power centre.

The only thing is, that my budget may not allow for all three, what would you say is a higher priority???? Compressors? OD's? Cleaner Power?

Any other suggestions of things to add\change?

Ty

Can't you sell your old Compressors and Ods and get the new ones? I don't think 2 compressors are needed anywhere.

well ... comps aren't high on my list of "must have" effects, UNLESS you play a lot of slide, or country

also, I'm not convinced you'd be happier with a DP than the FDII

I don't know much about the pedals you are considering, but the power supply can be done for a lot less money.

I use 2 Amps: A Marshall 900, and a Fender Super Reverb. This created a lot of issues with effects. The Marshall has an effects loop and the Fender does not. In short what I wound up doing was building my own board.

I use a Ce2, DD3 and a TS9 in the Fender
I use a DOD TR3 thru the effects loop in the Marshal. I also have a Blusebreaker pedal plugged in the front end of the Marshall. This comes together at a Morley A/B box. Then my Wah and tuner. Everything is powered using a one spot (The TR3 is Ac powered, and the Wah has its own power supply). The One spot with the daisey chain I bought at Musicians Friend for $25. I wired everything with George L cables because they were easy to make at the desired length, and everything is dead quiet. Consider the One spot. For the money it is well worth it. I do not know wheather they will power the pedals you are considering, but for me it saved a few $ and it eliminated 5 wall worts.
