Ok so my buddy is fixing up my Strat and since he has like 30 guitars in pieces at his house he said he'd put me one together. The neck and body are some model of Charvel. The neckplate SN is 338522, if anybody could tell me what year and model this is it would be great. The pickups have been changed and it has a Hamer licensed Floyd Rose on instead of the Charvel one. A little bit wider and stable than the old one was, since the knife edges and what not were worn out. All I really know about it are just about all the parts are from the 80's and have been kept in excellent condition. I'll post some pics when I can which will probably make it easier to identify. All I know is I absolutely love it, completely different beast than my Strat. The burst and flame top really seal the deal. if anybody could help me out with that SN though I'd really appreciate it thanks.

sorry.. charvels serial numbers are so scattered across the board that you realy cant accurately say which model, let alone which year it was made.
all i can say is that it's a high possibility that it's an 80's parts mutt
pics will help the most.. you can also start by telling us exactly what shape it is, it's electronic configuration, # of frets and inlays
