I liked it, not like anything I've heard before. Take my comments as uneducated criticism.
On a first listen basis, I think that the intro is a little too slow. I also think that the song as a whole is a little too long.
Your rhythm guitar tone makes it difficult to focus on the lead. At times, it seems too loud and at other times, it just is a little too noticeable (sharp sounding). This could be the mixing, or just me, I don't really know. I also think that the rhythm needs less reverb.
Again, I would like to emphasize that overall, I think this song is very good, and definitely a lot better than anything I've written. Hope my criticism helps.
