Circuit suggestion: caps for treble bleed & bass bleed?

I've got an OLP Musicman bass - 1 pickup, 3 knobs. The stock wiring is 2v/1t (humbucker p'up. with the coils perpetually in parallel).

I've replaced the p'up, and I'm going to add a miniswitch for series/parallel. I'd like to have the circuit be v/t/b, and I've done the circuit before, but not for a bass.

What capacitor values would y'all suggest for this?

The diagrams on this site say .05 for a normal tone control. I have been toying with the idea of putting a grease bucket circuit in my bass.
