Clean tone demo of the Yamaha Troy van Leeuwen.

This is no joke the very 1st time I have ever strung up a mic and recorded ANYTHING through an interface on my computer.

I thought I'd make a vid of the TVL demonstrating it's clean tone since there are no vids out there that give a good idea of the clean tones this puppy can produce.

cool. which pickups are used in each parts? sounds very smooth 'n' fat, just like a semi-hollow 90 axe should be:naughty:

The backing track is bridge and middle and the lead track is neck and middle and close to the end I switch to bridge only.

This is seriously my first recoding ever that wasnt done on a $99 camera. I think i am hooked now.

PS...I knew I had a HEAVY right hand, but good gosh I didnt realize just HOW heavy. Maybe I will become a better player now that I can hear myself and tweak myself.

Do a lot of you guys record yourself so you can hear what you sound like?

since i got my toneport, i record myself most of the time i practice. since then i have learned that i also have a very heavy hand, and have to dial out nearly all of my bass most of the time(most of the time being heavily overdriven) so that i don't sound so overbearing.

I mean....WOW I have a heavy right hand on the rhythm track. Yikes! That's almost embarrassing. LOL!
