It's like a coppery/orangey metallic color.....actually looks very cool :bigthumb:

My brother used to have a 70s Z-28 the same color :laugh2:

YUP! SD needs to hire a new Photographer.:laugh2: It looks more like this Pic. Very cool looking. I would call it Tangerine Metallic if I had to name it.

Perhaps the photo is of a prototype that was a different color?

I think they're both the same color. What I love about the color is that it's a bit of a flip flop. With broad lighting and at that angle, you're only going to see the brownish hues. But straight on, like the second pic posted will allow the metallic to jump out. The two pictures represent the most extreme differences in photography and lighting, so I think that's why they look very different.

you can definantly see the "tangerine" hue on the first pic though.
