Compare: F-50 vs. Fender Deluxe?

What are the Pro's/Con's of the F-50 and Deluxe. Does one amp excel on cleans and another on distortion? Overall, which is a better buy? I play modern rock, blues, indie rock. . .almost everything except metal and hardcore death stuff. What do you guys think?

ummmmmmmmmm I've heard of Apples and Oranges, but Apples and Calamari???

For what you play, esp the modern rock - the added power and tube grind of the F50 is naturally better. Plus you will enjoy the 50 watts of juice.

If you mean the Fender Deluxe Reverb (vs the Hot Rod or Blues) - that is 22w, built for very clean or bluesy tones, and even with a big muff will never sound nasty enough for some rock music. The Fender is a tone machine, much more toneful, but 6v6's at 22w will be very farty in the lows.
